Updating voter registration
Voters must be registered with a recognized party to vote in the Presidential Preference Election. There are multiple ways for the courts to build their list of eligible jurors and voter registration is just one of them.
If you have an Arizona driver license or non-operating identification card issued after October 1, 1996, you will need only to provide the license number on box 9 of the voter registration form.
If your address, name, signature, or choice of party affiliation has changed, please be sure to notify our office of the change.
You can also visit any of our many Voter Registration Sites throughout Lee County and pick-up a Florida Voter Registration Application that can be used to make changes to your voter registration record.
You can change your address or change your name using the online voter registration system.
The voter registration application also serves as a name and/or address change request. When updating your address within the county, the form may be mailed, faxed, or emailed with an attached document which includes a scanned signature or submitted in person to your local county election commission office.
